BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) -- As college basketball teams across the country play in the March Madness tournament, Baton Rouge STEM is joining the excitement with its March Mathness Tourney. The workshop blends the thrill of basketball with the power of mathematics and demonstrates how in tegral math is to the sport. Participants will create miniature basketball courts and learn how architects use math to bring sports venues to life before a Sweet 16 showdown.
