KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Two Tesla Cybertrucks were damaged in a fire late Monday night at the Tesla dealership in Kansas City, according to the Kansas City Fire Department. KCFD said they responded to a fire in a car lot at 10111 State Line Road around 11:15 p.m. Monday. Crews reported that when t hey arrived, they found two Cybertrucks on fire. KCFD sent an additional company for more water and a battalion chief.  KCFD said the fire was brought under control and the vehicles were covered with a fire blanket to prevent reignition. KCPD said an officer was in the area when he saw smoke coming from a cybertruck parked in the parking lot. The officer tried using his fire extinguisher but, KCFD was still needed as he could not put the fire out, according to KCPD.  A second Cybertruck that was parked next to the first burning one was also affected by the fire.
