STOUGHTON, Wis. (WFRV) - Police in south central Wisconsin say they have arrested a person matching the description of a man who reportedly exposed himself to children in a playground Thursday evening. According to the Stoughton Police Department, a report came in around 6:04 p.m. on Thursday rep orting that a man had exposed himself to children in Virgin Lake Park at 1901 Roby Road.
