(FOUNTAIN, Colo.) — The Fountain Police Department (FPD) said detectives have arrested a 64-year-old man after an investigation into the sexual exploitation of children. On Tuesday, Jan. 21 at around 3 p.m., detectives arrested Jonathan Rand Bolz. Bolz was taken to the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center (CJC) on a $10,000 bond and is facing charges of Sexual Exploitation of Children-Distribution of Material and Sexual Exploitation of Children-Video, Moving Visual Images, Motion Picture.
