PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Police Department said that the victim in a potential kidnapping out of Hartford, Connecticut was found by detectives in the city. The department said the woman was reported kidnapped by her boyfriend and that Hartford police would be meeting with Providence detectives to “continue the investigation.” The woman was found unharmed and the suspect’s whereabouts are currently unknown.
