SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- A Sioux Falls man has been charged with a DWI after a car was seen on its side on 10th Street Wednesday night. Police say just before 9 p.m. a Hyundai Sonata and a Toyota RAV were traveling west on 10th Street when the Hyundai struck the Toyota at a high rate of speed. As a result of the crash, the Toyota was overturned on its side. Man killed in Bon Homme County crash identified The Hyundai driver ran from the accident, but was caught nearby. There were no injuries reported. The driver was Eric Irankunda, 26. He was charged with DWI, No Insurance, Fleeing Police, Hit and Run, and Reckless Driving.
