MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man was left shot to death overnight in a Frayser neighborhood, according to police. Officers say they responded to a shooting call in the 2900 block of Signal Street around 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday. A male victim was found and pronounced dead on the scene.
