3 finalists to interview for Southern University Law Center chancellor role

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Southern University Law Center (SULC) has announced three finalists who will interview for the position of chancellor.
The interviews are scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 28, and Wednesday, Jan. 29, at the law center. They will be streamed live on the Southern University System website for public viewing.

Questions and comments can be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the interview times.
The public is encouraged to provide feedback on the candidates by completing surveys available at sus.edu/sulcchancellor.

Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 9:45 a.m.
Alvin Washington
Interim SULC chancellor
Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 2 p.m.
Jalila Jefferson-Bullock
Edward J. Littlejohn Family chair and co-director of the Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights at Wayne State University
Wednesday, Jan. 29, at 9:45 a.m.
