HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. — The Hendricks County Sheriff's Office is requesting community assistance to locate a man wanted on a warrant for murder. According to the HCSO, 19-year-old Dekovan Smith is charged with the murder of 22-year-old Jarell Spires. This took place on Dec. 18, 2024 on Fairmounty Ct. in Avon.
