Boil water order issued for about 4,000 customers in three Oswego County towns

Town of Scriba — The Oswego County Health Department has issued an order saying customers in the towns of Scriba, New Haven and parts of Volney should boil water used for drinking and cooking.The Town of Scriba Water District lost pressure because of two water main breaks, health officials said Tuesday. Such breaks can let contaminants get into the water.
