ANDERSON, Ind. -- Police say an Anderson man admitted to an obsession with child pornography. At one point, he viewed the illicit images at least once a day and even considered meeting up with a minor before deciding, "it's not worth it."
Blake Parker, 20, is charged with nine counts of child exploitation as a Level 4 felony and one count of possession of child pornography as a Level 5 felony.
According to court documents, several cyber tips led the Hamilton County Metro Child Exploitation Task Force into taking a closer look at an account on X, formerly Twitter. This account was linked to Parker and allegedly dealt in images of child porn.
But Parker used more than X to disseminate and add to his collection of child sexual abuse material. According to the court documents, Parker also used Discord and Telegram to send and receive the illegal material.
Investigators confronted Parker at the end of October. This is when he's accused of admitting to sending and receiving child sexual abuse material using the aforementioned online platforms.

Parker reportedly told investigators he was attracted to minors and once even considered trying to meet up with some. While taking a polygraph test, police said Parker admitted to paying a minor $25 for nude videos and images.
In November, investigators began searching Parker's phones and computer. They uncovered more than 1,000 images of child sexual abuse material. Many of these images and videos were passed along to other Telegram users, court documents reveal.
Investigators also uncovered messages sent by Parker to other users.
"I want to have kids w you so we can groom (them)," he messaged one such user.
"Gonna raise them to be absolute objects for us... pedo mommy and daddy."
In other explicit messages, Parker repeatedly talked about his desire to rape children.
Parker was officially charged with 10 felonies on Dec. 5.
In Indiana, a Level 4 felony carries a sentence of up to 12 years in prison.
