Betting line
The Bills are listed as 1.5 point underdogs on FanDuel SportsBook as of Tuesday morning. This is the second consecutive playoff game where Buffalo is the underdog.
What to know about the Chiefs
Kansas City, the two-time defending Super Bowl champions, got to this point by defeating the Houston Texans 23-14 on Sunday in the AFC divisional round.
Bills fans need not be reminded of the history here. This will be the fourth time in five years the Bills will face Kansas City in the playoffs, with the Chiefs winning all of the matchups so far. The Chiefs beat the Bills in the AFC championship game in January 2021, and then beat them in the AFC divisional round in January 2022 and January 2024.
Kansas City finished the regular season this year at 15-2, but one of those two losses came to the Bills at Highmark Stadium on Nov. 17.
Next game
If the Bills win on Sunday, they will advance to Super Bowl LIX on Feb. 9 in New Orleans, facing either the Philadelphia Eagles or Washington Commanders.
