This will be a hands-on workshop on February 2 from 2-4:30 p.m. in Meeting Room A at the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library. Frostbite: Everything you need to know It's going to be led by a flower farmer and artist and celebrates the tradition of Yule crowns and Santa Lucia. You have the chance to make a beautiful and unique crown to wear and cherish by using winter greens and dried flowers.
