He arrived at the White House around 10 a.m. to meet the Bidens for tea before they all set off for the Capitol. Inauguration events kicked off Saturday, when the former and future president returned to Washington. He, along with Vice President-elect JD Vance, have been feted in receptions and a victory rally.
