MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- A man was arrested for shooting and killing two people in Montgomery County on Friday. The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said it arrested and charged 25-year-old Kaloyan Dimov Stoev for shooting and killing a man and a woman in Montgomery County. Police said that around 3:15 a.m., an officer saw a white BMW stopped at the intersection of Shady Grove Road and Research Boulevard. Responding officers noted bullet holes outside of the car. 26-year-old Marcell Jordan Hebron of Rockville was dead inside of the car. PREVIOUS COVERAGE: Two people found dead hours apart in Rockville; investigation continues Several hours later, around 7:40 a.m., officers were called to a hotel parking lot on Research Court for a dead person who was reported. MCPD said that 27-year-old Leilani Marroquin was found dead in the parking lot with gunshot wounds. There were shell casings in the parking lot. Around noon on Friday, MCPD detectives arrested Stoev in Rockville and seized two guns from him. He was held without bond and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and other gun-related charges.
