PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- Providence police are investigating a stabbing incident that happened in the 600 block of Broad Street on Sunday. According to a preliminary report, the victim, who is not being identified at his time, was stabbed in the back of the right shoulder after an altercation with a person known to him on Norwich Avenue.
