FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- A crash with injuries has shut down westbound lanes on West Jefferson Boulevard just past the I-69 exit Friday evening. Dispatch confirmed with WANE 15 that a crash had occurred at West Jefferson Blvd and I-69 just before 5:30 p.m. Dispatch was also able to confirm that the westbound lanes of West Jefferson were blocked off as of 5:40 p.m. Photo shows the INDOT Trafficwise map as of 5:40 p.m. West Jefferson appears to be heavily impacted by the crash with traffic being backed up all the way to past Cadillac Drive. The exact injuries of the crash are unknown at this time.
