Friday crash snarls traffic on I526

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A crash on I-526 is backing up traffic Friday afternoon. The incident was reported in the eastbound lanes near mile marker 12, not far from Ashley River Road. South Carolina’s Department of Transportation said two lanes were closed because of the crash. Driver should use caution when traveling in the area or find an alternative route.
