Peruvian sandwich shop reveals opening date for Easton location
Jan 17, 2025
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – A Peruvian sandwich shop has announced an opening date for its new location at Easton.
Si Señor Peruvian Sandwiches, located at 4189 Weaverton Lane, is set to open on Jan. 24 at 6 p.m. Zoup, which rebranded to the name Z!Eats in the spring, formerly occupied the space and closed in October. The Easton Z!Eats was the chain’s last location in central Ohio, with the eatery facing four local closures in 2023.
Si Señor’s new Easton restaurant will mark its third location. The restaurant has an eatery in Grandview Heights, which opened in 2017, and the Arena District, which opened last year and also took over a former Zoup. However, Si Señor first opened in 2010. The eatery once had locations across the city, but closed all but its Grandview Heights store during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The restaurant serves sandwiches inspired by the cuisine of Peru, featuring slow-roasted meat on Ciabatta bread. Some of its menu items include a Latin Style Chicken Club, a Criollo Fish sandwich and homemade chips. The eatery’s offerings slightly vary by location, and it has yet to reveal its Easton menu on its website.
After Si Señor’s opening date, it will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Easton spot marks the restaurant’s first location that will be open for dinner along with lunch.
