MARYSVILLE, Ohio (WCMH) - A shop offering a variety of coffee drinks and handcrafted chocolate is opening a new location in Marysville. Winans Coffee and Chocolate will begin welcoming customers on Feb. 12 at its new location at 132 Emmaus Rd., according to a post on social media. The shop is celebrating the expansion with a grand opening, along with a VIP event and giveaways. High St. in the Short North, its German Village location at 897 S. Third St., 1125 Yard St. in Columbus and 52 S. High St. in Dublin. The company has been in business since 1961, offering coffee from its roastery in Piqua, Ohio. Winans chocolates are also handcrafted in the company's Piqua factory using fresh ingredients, according to the company website. The shop's chocolate assortments range in fillings from peanut butter and coconut, to orange, raspberry and several other purees. Customers can find other sweet treats at the shop as well including its caramel kisses, gummy bear cubs and even specialty milk bones for dogs.
