ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The man who fired a gun, prompting Albuquerque's police chief to crash his cruiser, will not serve any additional time behind bars. Michael Mountjoy pled no contest on Thursday to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. As part of his plea deal, Mountjoy was sentenced to 18 months of probation.
