MENASHA, Wis. (WFRV) – A Fox Valley plastic manufacturer will lay off 109 workers as it consolidates operations into a new facility in Texas. According to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) letter submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, ORBIS Corporation plans to close its Menasha plant and move operations to Greenville, Texas. The layoffs are anticipated to occur in phases as the facility winds down operations.
