PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Freshwater anglers may have better chances of catching salmon and trout next week. The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (DEM) will be restocking 13 water bodies with fish next Tuesday through Thursday. A Trout Conservation Stamp is also required to keep or possess any trout. The stamp is not required for ponds or lakes that share a border with Rhode Island.
