1 killed, 1 hurt in Baker crash early Wednesday morning

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) -- One person was killed and another was injured after an early Wednesday morning crash in Baker.
The Baker Police Department said the single-car crash happened around 4:10 a.m. in the 16300 block of Twin Oaks Drive.
Police said the driver was in critical condition and was transported via air med to the hospital. The victim who died was identified as the passenger.
The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
An investigation is ongoing.
