What We’re Tracking Very cold overnight, some clouds late Warming up as the week progresses Another blast of cold by the weekend Mostly clear and very cold tonight with temperatures falling into the lower single digits by morning. The clear sky should give way to some passing clouds around daybreak, but we'll clear back to a sunny sky on Wednesday with highs in the lower 30s. The tail end of the week looks to be our best shot at melting much of the deep snowpack. Highs will climb into the lower to middle 40s, possibly warmer south where snow will be first to melt away. However, another blast of cold air is on the way for next weekend. We'll watch the frontal boundary as it drops into the area on Saturday. Right now, it looks like much of the area will stay dry as the front passes. After the front moves through, some very cold air arrives for Sunday and early next week.
