FARMINGTON, N.M. (KRQE) – The Farmington Police Department is investigating a deadly incident involving a vehicle.

Police received a report Sunday around 11:45 p.m. about a man who had been seriously injured in a vehicle incident in the 2000 block of Summit Drive. Investigators believe the victim was hit by his own vehicle after it began to roll away due to improper parking.
Police said the victim died at the scene.
