The professors at this cake academy are Martha Gilreath from Nolita Bakery who says making a King Cake is a labor of love. "It's definitely more time-consuming. Each recipe is different so that makes it more complicated," said Gilreath. King Cake Hub opens for Carnival Season 2025 And Matt Haines, who wrote two books about king cakes, "The Big Book of King Cake" and "The Little Book of King Cake."
