SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) - The Savannah Police Department (SPD) says a burst water pipe has shut down eastbound DeRenne Avenue from Habersham and Pauleson Streets. SPD tells News 3 the roads are closed due to cold temperatures possibly causing ice to form on the roadway in the impacted areas. They hope to have the roadway reopened Sunday afternoon.
