MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Memphis Police are reaching out to the public to look for a man they say is a person of interest in an ongoing gun case. On January 4, at 6:45 p.m., officers responded to the East End Skating Rink at 5718 Mt. Moriah Road regarding an armed party complaint. Prior to police arrival, security encountered a man in a mustard-colored hoodie and black pants armed with a handgun. MPD posts images of suspect allegedly involved in skating rink incident. (MPD) Security was able to disarm the male and escort him off the property. Officers are asking for help in identifying the male who had the weapon taken from him as he is a person of interest in an ongoing gun crime case.
