HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - Holyoke Community College (HCC) is holding a special 'Registration Express' event on Saturday for the spring semester. Prospective students will have the chance to complete the tasks needed for registration. It provides the opportunity to apply for admission, meet with an academic advisor, register for classes, and set up financial aid. Cold temperatures cause ice to form on rivers and ponds Prospective students can also learn about the state`s new program for free community college, MassEducate. You can attend the event on the first floor of the main campus at 303 Homestead Avenue in Holyoke, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The spring 2025 semester begins Tuesday, Jan 21. HCC also has Flex Start dates on Feb. 3 (Spring Start II) and March 24 (Spring Start III). Full-term spring classes run for 14 weeks. Spring Start II classes run for 12 weeks. Spring Start III classes run for seven. Anyone who can't attend the event in person will be able to watch over Zoom.
