COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Two Columbus-based restaurant chains are offering new menu options to start 2025. White Castle and Bibibop Asian Grill have announced innovative creations designed to satisfy cravings and enhance menus with bold flavors and unique options. Fast-food icon White Castle is adding to its all-day breakfast menu, bringing back its popular French toast slider. However, fans of the doughy treat should be advised that it will only be available through April 20 or while supplies last. White Castle French toast slider (Photo Courtesy/ White Castle) The breakfast slider features a cinnamon swirl French toast bread with flavor notes of cinnamon, vanilla and butter, layered with an egg, American cheese, and a choice of sausage or hickory smoked bacon. “A classic breakfast item with a White Castle twist makes for the perfect, Craveable Slider that can be enjoyed at the table or on the go any time of day or night,” said Jamie Richardson, vice president at White Castle. “This marriage of sweet and savory was an instant hit when we first introduced the French Toast Slider in 2023, and we’re excited to start 2025 by giving people what they crave. Act fast, they’re only sticking around for a limited time only.” White Castle noted that its other breakfast favorites offered around the clock include fresh-cracked eggs, slider buns, bacon and sausage, toast, Belgian waffles, hash brown nibblers and its classic coffee. Bibibop Asian Grill is kicking off 2025 with a lineup of bold new proteins, bases, and toppings for its customizable bowls.
