YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) -- Two out of five gang members received their sentences after a woman was murdered in York County in 2023 after being abducted in Richmond. Previous Coverage: 5 gang members plead guilty after woman’s 2023 abduction, murder On Tuesday, Donnisha Goodman, of Portsmouth, and Jamica Langley were sentenced for their part in Ty'osha Mitchell's murder. Mitchell was found dead on Old Williamsburg Road in York County on May 6, 2023. Langley and Goodman were just two out of five members of the Black P. Stone Nation gang who pleaded guilty in the case. Goodman pleaded guilty to using a firearm causing death while Langley pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit kidnapping. According to court documents, Goodman received a sentence of 35 years. Langley was sentenced to 20 years in prison, which is below the recommended sentencing guidelines of 324 months to 405 months. Upon release, both Goodman and Langley are required to have five years of supervised probation. Continue to check WAVY.com for updates.
