Man arrested in Albuquerque prostitution incident released until trial

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man accused of promoting prostitution in Albuquerque is being released from custody.
The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Jeremiah Draper on Saturday in a targeted operation addressing concerns of human trafficking and prostitution. According to court documents, a deputy saw two “nearly nude” females get out of a vehicle with a Florida license plate near Chama and Central NE.

Deputies initiated a traffic stop and confronted the driver, 21-year-old Jeremiah Draper, who admitted to paying the woman for sex, court documents stated.
Judge David Murphy allowed Draper to be released until trial.
