COVENTRY, R.I. (WLNE) — The Coventry Police Department said that a Tiogue Elementary School employee was arrested after allegedly assaulting a student. 48-year-old Petrina Lunardelli was charged with simple assault and battery. The incident allegedly occurred on Dec. 13, 2024, and Lunardelli turned herself in on Jan. 6. She is expected back in court on Jan. 22. Categories: News, Rhode Island
