FRANKLIN, Ind. — An Indianapolis man was sentenced after pleading guilty to multiple crimes against children. Michael Tooker, 34, was sentenced for: Child Solicitation, a Level 4 Felony Three counts of Possession of Child Pornography, Level 5 Felony  “This case is yet another example of how our law enforcement’s undercover child solicitation operations are protecting not only Johnson County children but also children who were victimized by internet offenders. It gets these deviants off the internet and off the street," said prosecutor Lance Hamner. Michael Tooker, 34 Tooker received a total sentence of 6 years. He will serve 2 years at the Indiana Department of Correction, followed by 4 years suspended with home detention as a condition of probation. He will required to register as a sex offender. Tooker was arrested on April 19, 2023, as part of a child solicitation sting in Johnson County. 32 people arrested in child sex sting Tooker solicited sexual acts from an undercover detective that he thought was a 14-year-old male. When traveled to meet the child, he was arrested by law enforcement officers. Officers also found his phone that had multiple images of child porn.
