After an extensive investigation, authorities obtained a search warrant for Kolacinski’s residence, which was served on Jan. 8 with assistance from electronic storage detection K-9 Stella.
During the search, investigators seized multiple electronic devices. An initial review by a computer analyst revealed images of child pornography on the devices.
Kolacinski was arrested and is being held in the Racine County Jail on a $150,000 bond. He is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography.

“Once again, I praise the crucial work performed by the ICAC Unit — protecting children and holding perpetrators accountable,” said Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling. “Starting 2025 with the same energy and success as the previous year sets a strong tone for ICAC’s continued impact.”
Kolacinski is scheduled to make his initial court appearance on Thursday.
