FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- Police in Fairfax County have launched an investigation after a vehicle was found submerged in a pond and two men died Thursday morning. In a post on X just before 9 a.m. on Jan. 9, the Fairfax County Police Department said officers were on the scene of a drowning near the 3900 block of Centerview Drive. Two men were pronounced dead at the scene. As of Thursday morning, detectives remained on Centerview Drive and worked to learn what led to the incident. This is a developing story.
