'We will kill you': 4 people accused of armed robbery at Fort Wayne hotel

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- Four people each face an armed robbery charge after reportedly luring a man to a Fort Wayne hotel to rob him, according to Allen Superior Court documents.
Around 2 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to hotel on Lima Road and a nearby gas station on reports of a possible struggle.
The victim, described in court documents as a Columbia City man, said he had been robbed at the hotel after heading there to meet a woman he had met the day before on a dating app.
The woman, identified as 39-year-old Cassandra Ehinger, reportedly took the victim to a room where a group of three men pointed a gun at him, held a machete to his throat and said "we will kill you," according to court documents. The three men were identified as 31-year-old Joseph Drummond, 43-year-old Richard Grant and 46-year-old Wilfredo Rivera.
Another person described as a "witness/suspect" told police two of the suspects lured the victim to the hotel "under the guise of prostitution," and Ehinger reportedly admitted to police she was meeting the victim for a "sexual escapade" while one of the other suspects took part in the robbery, according to court documents.
Each suspect face an armed robbery charge, which is a Level 3 felony. Drummond and Rivera also face a count of intimidation where the defendant draws or uses a deadly weapon, which is a Level 5 felony.
All four suspects have initial hearings in court scheduled for Thursday morning.
