Another cold start to the day with highs expected to warm near 20 degrees this afternoon. Heading into Thursday, we are expecting temperatures to warm near freezing. Overnight Thursday and into Friday, a storm will be passing by to our south. That could kick up some light snow in our direction. We are tracking that in the update here!
