NOTE: The video in this story is from an earlier report. FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Fresno Police Department has released the name of the man who is suspected of driving under the influence, running a red light, and killing two men Monday night in central Fresno.   Police identified the suspect as 36-year-old Joal Campbell.  Investigators say they received a call about a crash around 7:18 p.m. at the intersection of Belmont and Palm avenues. According to police, a small black truck was traveling westbound on Belmont Avenue without its headlights on. Police say as it approached the red light it failed to stop and ran through the intersection - crashing into a gold truck that was traveling north on Palm Avenue. The impact of the crash flipped the gold truck, which eventually came to rest at a nearby gas station. Police say both the passenger and driver of the gold truck died as a result of the collision. The two killed in the gold truck have yet to be officially identified. The driver of the black truck was injured and taken to the hospital, according to officials. Police say the driver identified by police as Campbell is in custody and was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
