Ride On bus service in Montgomery County to run on holiday schedule due to snow
Jan 07, 2025
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- Montgomery County's Ride On bus service will continue operating on a holiday schedule Tuesday due to "snow accumulation" after a winter storm made its way through the DMV, according to the Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT).
On a holiday schedule, all bus routes have reduced service. Patrons can click here and check the "Find Your Route" section to see the holiday schedule in place for each route.
MCDOT noted that riders should expect delays and that buses may not be able to reach stops on hills safely, so passengers should prepare to board on more level areas.
