Victim identified as 86yearold in fatal house fire in Marinette County

PORTERFIELD, Wis. (WFRV) - The victim of a fatal house fire in Marinette County on Thursday, Jan. 2 was identified and released by officials on Tuesday.
The victim was identified as 86-year-old Robert Crosslan of Porterfield, according to the Marinette County Sheriff's Office.
Green Bay man dead, two others injured following head-on crash in Calumet County
Crosslan was located and removed from the housefire via a search during the firefighting efforts, but he sustained fatal injuries as a result of the fire. The fire was reported around 4:21 p.m. on Jan. 2.
The incident is still under investigation by the Marinette County Sheriff's Office and Marinette County Medical Examiner's Office.
