Good morning! If you haven't stepped outside yet...be prepared. It is frigggggid out there. It's going to remain that way for the next few days. We also continue to track the potential for a storm over the weekend. We'll have more on that potential weekend storm below. But the big story for the next few days will be with the frigid feel to the air. Take a look at the wind chills through the day today....they'll only get into the low teens in the Providence area. INTERACTIVE RADAR: Live Pinpoint Weather 12 Radar » | | FLIGHT TRACKER TODAY We'll have plenty of sunshine through the day today, but it'll be windy. Hour by Hour // A close look at the upcoming conditions » Afternoon highs will be in the mid to upper 20s, but with winds gusting to 30mph, it'll feel much colder. | | BEACH AND BOATING FORECASTS TONIGHT Still frigid tonight and still dry. Overnight lows will be in the teens, but wind chills will be in the single digits to around zero. TOMORROW We'll get more sunshine on Wednesday, but it won't warm us up much. Temperatures start out in the teens in the morning and only get into the 20s in the afternoon. Wind chills will be between 5 and 15 through the day on Wednesday. LOOKING AHEAD More of the same for Thursday....cold, windy and dry with a frigid feel. POTENTIAL WEEKEND STORM Looking at the weather map on Thursday, we'll likely still be dry with sunshine, but we'll be closely monitoring a storm developing in Texas. Where it goes from there is the big question we're trying to figure out. There are two paths that storm could take. Option 1 is what the American computer model is indicating...that it becomes a potent coastal storm bringing us snow and a mix. Option 2 is what the European computer model has been consistently showing....a path well out to sea and away from New England. We'll be watching how things play out closely. Either way, we could still see a bit of snow Saturday night and Sunday morning. -Meteorologist T.J. Del Santo T.J.
