President Joe Biden visits memorial for Bourbon Street attack victims

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden visited a memorial for the victims of the Bourbon Street attack on Monday afternoon.
Jill Biden placed flowers in the growing memorial for the 14 victims and survivors.

Both took a moment of silence before getting back into the presidential limousine that will take them to St. Louis Cathedral for an interfaith prayer service.
The President arrived at MSY airport around 3:30 p.m., where he met with New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell and other local and state leaders.
