Man wanted on six felony warrants arrested in Grady County

GRADY COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) - A man was arrested in Grady County on Sunday on six felony warrants from an incident on December 16, 2024.
According to the Grady County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a home in the 2100 block of County Street 1410, after learning that William Buenrostro, a man wanted on multiple felony warrants, was in the area.

Officials say he was wanted after an incident where he ran from law enforcement in a stolen car that later led to a shooting.
Once deputies confirmed Buenrostro was inside, the Grady County Sheriff's Office requested help from the Ninnekah Police Department, Chickasaw Lighthorse Police Department and Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
After an hours-long standoff, Beunrostro was taken into custody on the warrants and booked into the Grady County jail.
