How to watch Lions vs. Vikings on TV, online streaming, radio information, and more. The Detroit Lions’ regular season comes down to this. All year, the Lions have taken care of business. They’re currently 5-0 in divisional play, 10-1 in conference play, they have the highest point differential by a significant margin, and they’ve set franchise records in wins (14), consecutive wins (11), points, and several other statistics.
Yet they’re going to need one more win to clinch the division.
Sunday night’s game between the Lions (14-2) and Minnesota Vikings (14-2) is for the NFC North, the NFC one seed, and a critical first-round bye in the playoffs. The loser must go on the road to face the Rams, Falcons, or Buccaneers in the Wild Card round. It’s a massive game by any stretch of the imagination, and arguably the NFL’s biggest regular season game in the Super Bowl era. The teams have a combined 28 wins, which is the highest total for a regular season game in NFL history, eclipsing the previous mark (25) by three wins.
The last time the two teams met, the Lions walked off U.S. Bank Stadium with a game-winning field goal with only 15 seconds remaining. Both teams looks a little different than they did back in Week 7, but the oddsmakers are still expecting a close one.
Lions vs. Vikings closes out the NFL regular season on Sunday night. Here’s how you can catch the momentous game.
