BOTTINEAU COUNTY, ND (KXNET) — The Bottineau County Sheriff's Office is looking back on all of the accomplishments they made last year, and they're hoping for many more in 2025. They say some of their biggest accomplishments included the whole host of summer events they helped with. They say deputies often volunteered at lemonade stands, car shows, street dances, and more to connect with their community. Officers also got their training and certifications for new emergency dispatch software systems. Officers say they wrapped up the year with hiring their first ever Bottineau County School Resource Officer and throwing their second annual Stuff-a-Squad event. They say they can't wait for what the new year will bring!
