WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said two people were arrested and charged after attacking a person with a bottle in Navy Yard on New Year's Eve. Police said that on Dec. 31, at about 10 p.m., two suspects went up to the victim in the unit block of M Street and attacked them with a bottle.
