Married couple struck by SEPTA bus in Queen Village, killing husband and injuring wife

A married man and woman were hit by a SEPTA bus Friday night after 7 p.m. on Front Street and Washington Avenue. The husband, 35, was dragged underneath the bus. Despite CPR efforts from police, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The wife, 29, was taken to a hospital in stable condition. Investigations from Philadelphia Police and SEPTA are ongoing.
