Others are just trying to make it through the storm.
"I know the weather's supposed to be getting cold right now, and they're predicting snow and ice tomorrow, so I'm just here getting ready. I'm getting some chili," said Murdoch Trembly, a shopper.
Darcy Huff is a mom of two; preparation is key for her family.
"I think you'd got to be prepared for anything that comes along," said Darcy Huff, shopper. "Yeah, we're making chicken noodle soup and all kinds of goodies at home. You gotta be safe; get that salt to put down on your driveway, your sidewalks, your patio."
Leeker's Family Food plans to be open during regular business hours this weekend.
